Designed for athletes 13+ (girls in the Raiders program), this program aim is to:

• Empower and inform young people to recognise symptoms of endometriosis
• Improve health- seeking behaviors that encourage timely intervention
• Provide strategies to manage pelvic pain and minimise disruption to training and performance and
• Enhance mental health and general wellbeing
